Stretching (also known as drawing, deep drawing) is widely used in all walks of life and is a relatively common procedure in the stamping process. From the blank to the stretch forming, multiple steps are required to complete the process, primary stretching→secondary stretching→...→molding.
Dies can cause various problems in the stretching process. Common problems such as: wrinkling, cracking at the top R, cracking at the side walls, pulling on the surface of the product, too high or too short stretching height, etc.... problem. Therefore, the drawing process is also a difficult point in the stamping die.
