Let's do some introduction regards machining process:
After processing according to the product appearance and dividing the process, the main content of the process route formulation is the rational arrangement of these processing methods and the order of the processing procedures. The cnc machining process of a part usually includes a cutting process, a heat treatment process, and an auxiliary process (including surface treatment, cleaning, inspection, and the like). The sequence of these processes directly affects the part's processing quality, production efficiency, and processing cost. Therefore, when designing the cnc processing route, the order of cutting, heat treatment and auxiliary operations should be reasonably arranged, and the connection between the processes should be solved.
(1) From rough to precession;
For example, the roughing-semi-finishing-finishing process is performed in order to gradually increase the machining accuracy. Roughing cuts most of the machining allowance on the workpiece surface in a shorter time. On the one hand, the metal removal rate is improved, and on the other hand, the requirements for the uniformity of the remaining amount of the finishing are satisfied. If the uniformity of the remaining allowance after roughing cannot meet the requirements of finishing, semi-finishing shall be arranged to prepare for the refined work. Finishing to ensure the accuracy of processing, according to the size of the figure cut out the contour of the part.
(2) From near to far distance:
Under normal circumstances, the modern part of the tool-cutting point is processed first, and the part from the tool-cutting point is post-processed so as to shorten the tool movement distance and reduce the idle travel time. For processing, it is advantageous to maintain the rigidity of the blank or semi-finished product and improve its cutting conditions.
